Balogun Michael is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Ruby Trust Capital and Investment Ltd. He has over 20 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance, that cut across mortgage banking, treasury management, private placement, debt restructuring, investment advisory, information system, internal control and audit.

Mr. Balogun is a well-grounded professional that has provided strategic leadership to organizations with a proven track record of successes. He has utilized a combination of his vast experience as a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Stockbroker and astute business acumen acquired over the years to create business value in various field of endeavor. As the Managing Director/CEO, he brings to bear his vast knowledge, expertise and years of experience in building cross functional teams.

Mr. Balogun holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Edo State. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria, Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA) USA and he is also a Certified Forensic Accountant.
